Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using Prizma360 (the “Services”). It applies to everyone who accesses the Services and supplements our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use the Services to create, store, send, or share content that:
- is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity;
- is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, or incites violence;
- is sexually exploitative, especially any content involving minors;
- violates the privacy, publicity, or data-protection rights of others; or
- infringes any intellectual property right, including copyrights and trademarks.
2. Prohibited activities
You must not use the Services to:
- send spam, bulk, or unsolicited messages, or violate anti-spam laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy);
- distribute malware, ransomware, or any malicious or harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or another tenant's data;
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorisation;
- scrape, harvest, crawl, or otherwise collect data from the Services in bulk;
- resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the Services, or build a competing product;
- impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
3. Messaging & marketing
If you use the Services to send email, SMS, or chat communications, you are responsible for obtaining valid consent from your recipients, honouring opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly, and complying with all applicable communications and marketing laws.
4. Security & system integrity
You must not circumvent any access controls, usage limits, or security measures, and you must promptly report any vulnerability or security incident you discover. You may not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair them or interfere with other customers' use.
5. Consequences of violations
Violations of this AUP may result in actions including warning you, throttling or suspending features, removing offending content, suspending or terminating your account, and, where appropriate, reporting activity to law enforcement. We may act without prior notice where we believe there is a risk to the Services, other customers, or third parties.
6. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it to abuse@prizma360.org with relevant details (URLs, screenshots, and a description of the issue). We investigate reports and take appropriate action.
7. Changes & contact
